What should a new client know about working with you?

New clients should know that I prioritize emotional safety, autonomy, strengths-based support, and individualized accommodations in both individual and group settings. They can expect a supportive, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where their experiences are respected rather than pathologized. I value collaboration, authenticity, sensory and communication differences, and I adapt my approach to meet each person's unique needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My work with clients is collaborative, strength based, and individualized. I aim to create a supportive and neuro-affirming space where clients can explore challenges, build skills, and work toward meaningful goals at a pace that feels manageable and empowering. We begin by building a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship so that clients can share their experiences, goals, and concerns. Together, we explore patterns, strengths, challenges, and practical strategies that support their emotional well-being and daily functioning. Therapy is tailored to the group or individual's needs, communication style, and goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
