Hello: Thank you for taking time to get to know a little about me - My name is Maria Vanoni and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My Bachelor's Degree is in Psychology with a Minor in Sociology. My Master's Degree is in Social Work, with a concentration in Health and Mental Health. I have been working in the field for over 20 years and have experience working with a variety of populations, including: young adults, middle-aged adults, and seniors. I have worked in the following settings: The Regional Center, the school system, the foster care system, residential treatment for mental health and substance abuse issues, County Mental Health, and County Public Health. I've always been fascinated with human behavior, trying to figure out why people do the things they do. I started psychology classes like “The Psychology of Personality,” later moving to classes like “The Brain and Behavior” and “The Mind-Body Connection.” I continued to study the human condition and knew I was in the right place to help others.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
