I work with women experiencing anxiety, stress, and self-doubt from past experiences that have left an impact on their daily life and relationships. Many clients I see feel stuck or emotionally drained and want a better understanding of themselves and their patterns. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients feel more grounded, connected, and confident in their lives. I provide telehealth therapy across Kentucky.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is thoughtful, warm, and collaborative, and therapy with me focuses on understanding the root concerns rather than quick fixes. We work at a pace that feels manageable for you while empowering you to grow beyond your comfort zone. My biggest priority is clients experiencing safety and trust in my presence.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Early sessions focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and identifying goals for our work together. As therapy continues, we will explore patterns and experiences that contribute to ongoing stress, anxiety, and self-doubt. I integrate EMDR therapy and parts-informed approaches when appropriate, always moving at a pace that feels supportive, meaningful, and aligned with your needs. My goal is to help you rewrite the narratives that are in the way of living your life.
