Psychotherapist
PA
You’re successful on paper, but inside, you feel like you’re barely keeping it together. You overthink every decision, struggle to sleep, and can’t remember the last time you felt like yourself. You’re emotionally exhausted, anxious, and burnt out from carrying it all without a break. You’re tired of saying, “I know why I do this,” but still feeling stuck in the same cycles—especially when it comes to relationships, self-worth, or perfectionism. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and asks, “How does that make you feel?” I’m a trauma-informed, real-talk therapist who helps emotionally exhausted adults, chronic overthinkers, and survivors of toxic relationships unpack the deeper roots of their stress, shame, and self-doubt, without judgment. Whether you’re navigating a breakup, burnout, or an identity crisis, we’ll go deeper than surface-level coping skills. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that are working overtime to keep you “in control” but are costing you your peace. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and nervous system-based approaches to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more connected, without having to justify or explain your pain. If you’re ready to feel like you again, not the version of you always proving, performing, or people-pleasing—I’d be honored to work with you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me won’t feel like traditional therapy and that’s on purpose. I’m not here to just “listen and nod.” I’m here to help you get unstuck. I specialize in working with high-achieving adults who look like they have it all together but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected beneath the surface. Many of my clients come in saying, “I know why I am this way but nothing ever changes.” That’s where we begin. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic (body-based) approaches to help you understand and work with the different “parts” of you, like the inner critic, the overachiever, or the part that shuts down. These parts often formed in response to pain, trauma, or chaos, and they’re trying to protect you even if it doesn’t always feel that way. I bring a direct, compassionate, and trauma-informed lens to our work. I’ll challenge you when needed, but I’ll also make sure you feel seen, safe, and empowered, not pathologized or picked apart. You don’t need to be “ready” or have the perfect words. You just need to show up. I’ll help you slow down, make sense of what’s going on underneath the overthinking or burnout, and reconnect with the version of you that’s been buried under survival mode. Sessions with me are collaborative, paced with intention, and focused on clarity, relief, and real change, not just venting. You’ll leave each session with insight, tools, and a deeper understanding of yourself. If you’re tired of pretending everything’s fine when it’s not, I’m here when you’re ready.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work together starts with getting honest, without shame. In the first session or two, we’ll slow down and explore what’s actually been weighing on you. You don’t need to have it all figured out. I’ll ask questions that help you connect the dots between what’s happening now and what you’ve been carrying for a long time, especially the parts of you that have been in survival mode for years. I don’t just give you quick fixes. I help you understand the why behind the patterns (like overthinking, people-pleasing, shutting down, or self-sabotage) so we can work with the deeper roots, not just the symptoms. I use a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS), nervous system education, and trauma-informed practices. We’ll map out your inner system and begin identifying the protective parts (like your inner critic, overachiever, avoider, or fixer). Once these parts feel seen and unburdened, most clients start to feel lighter, calmer, and more grounded in their day-to-day life. Sessions are 100% virtual and can feel like a mix of deep reflection, guided exploration, and actionable strategies. You’ll always leave with something, whether it’s a new insight, a grounding tool, or a moment of clarity you haven’t felt in years. If you’re emotionally exhausted, tired of just talking about your trauma, and ready to do the deeper work in a way that finally makes sense, I’ve got you.
