I’m Mariam Ideis, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Domestic Violence Professional with a master’s degree in Counseling from Trinity Christian College. I work with children, young adults, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs, drawing on cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and solution-focused therapies. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build coping skills, and set meaningful goals. What is your typical process for working with clients?

We start the process with an intake call with our care coordination team to gather basic information so I know how I can help! We also want to make sure your insurance is in network and we will need you to complete initial paperwork. Note, this is mandatory to complete prior to seeing a therapist. From there - you will get an appointment scheduled and we will complete an initial assessment and from there, we will develop a treatment plan for our time together!
