What is your typical process for working with clients?

My typical process for working with client is to conduct an initial assessment with the purpose to determine and stablish goals and treatment plan and objectives. During the initial stage of therapy, I work to build rapport, I continuously assess for safety, overflooding and goals/progress. During middle stage of therapy, I work to meet stablished treatment goals. Termination I work reinforcing and reviewed gains.
