What is your typical process for working with clients?

After an initial interview, collectively we will decide if we are a good fit and what type of process you might benefit from best. Solution based therapy in which is a shorter working relationship or DBT in which is a longer process working through life events, trauma, relationship issues that may require more intense treatment.
