For over five years, I have provided direct clinical services and diagnostic evaluations to adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, low self-esteem, phase-of-life issues, and grief. I also work with couples who are experiencing conflicts in their relationships. I utilize numerous treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, anger management, and person-centered therapy, based on your individual needs. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree, I am committed to providing support and guidance in a safe environment free from judgment. This encourages a strong therapeutic relationship and will allow you to feel safe to share your strengths and vulnerabilities, empowering you to find skills and solutions to move forward to a healthier life. I specialize in working with a wide range of issues including addiction, ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, antisocial behavior, eating disorders, family relationships, intimate/romantic relationships, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, multicultural/diversity issues, sex/intimacy issues, stress, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, and trauma.
