What should a new client know about working with you?

I am bilingual. I can speak Spanish and English fluently.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I like to work under the idea of a "therapeutic alliance." I'm not in charge of where we go. We decide that together. In order to do that, we will have a couple of sessions that will build rapport with each other, getting to know each other. I will be open about my strengths and weaknesses, and I hope you will be able to do the same. Together, we can plan your treatment goals. I have worked with lots of different populations: pregnant women who cannot stop using cocaine or heroin, depressed young adults, people suffering PTSD, bipolar, addiction, depression, anxiety, adult children of alcoholics. I use *all* of the tools available to me to help *you* improve your life.
