Getting to know Marie Cholula

Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist based in California. I received my Masters from the National University and have been practicing for 6 years. I have specialized in working with folks and their families that have struggles with moderate to severe specialty mental health. I began my training at a local Outreach, where I had the opportunity to support folks with achieving their goals, while reducing anxiety, depression and teaching folks to manage their symptoms. After 15yrs of Volunteering in the community I earned a master's degree in clinical counseling. I began working in the behavioral health workforce, this is where I began to practice the skills and provide services and support to those suffering with Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Depression, and Personality Disorders. This has really shaped my love and desire to help Clients learn to live their best lives.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
