If you are struggling with problems related to depression, anxiety, compulsiveness, isolation, grief, loss, relationship difficulty, childhood/past or current traumatic experiences, interpersonal conflicts with family, friends or work relations, chronic stressors, adjustment problems or any other difficult life transitions you will gain further insights and strategies on how to alleviate distress, achieve interpersonal efficacy and lead a more fulfilling lifestyle that will support a healthier relationship with yourself and others.
