I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Houston, TX with over 20 years of experience. My career extensively covers multiple settings: from inpatient psychiatric hospitals, grant-funded research, and non-profit organizations, to working in managed care. I work mainly with adults (18+) who present with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges. We each have our own story - our very own blueprint by which we have learned to function and respond in certain ways.
