My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore life's challenges while building the tools needed for lasting growth and healing. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, and self-esteem challenges. As a Haitian American who is fluent in English and Haitian Creole, I value providing culturally sensitive care to individuals from diverse backgrounds. Whether you are navigating a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or working toward personal growth, I am committed to partnering with you every step of the way.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. I take time to understand your concerns, personal history, strengths, and what you hope to accomplish in therapy. Together, we identify goals that are meaningful and realistic for you. From there, each session is collaborative and individualized. I provide a supportive space where you can openly process your thoughts and emotions while learning practical strategies to manage challenges outside of therapy. I regularly check in on your progress and adjust our work as your needs evolve. My goal is not only to help you feel better but also to equip you with skills and confidence that support long-term emotional well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

You can expect to be met with empathy, respect, and authenticity. I recognize that beginning therapy can feel intimidating, and I strive to create an environment where you feel safe, valued, and free from judgment. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support, guide, and challenge you in ways that promote healing and personal growth. Therapy is a collaborative process, and meaningful change often happens one step at a time. I encourage open communication and welcome feedback so we can ensure our work together aligns with your goals. My hope is that you leave each session feeling heard, empowered, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges.
