Do you feel like you struggle with managing your emotions? Is it difficult to maintain positive relationships? Do you have emotional cycles that need to be broken? I can help! I have been in the counseling field for over 10 years. I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling in 2010; and have worked in numerous settings; from a psychiatric hospital to crisis teams to outpatient offices.
