I believe in a holistic and creative approach to therapy, where each session is tailored to meet your goals. I completed my doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision at Texas Tech University, where I also earned my Master of Education degree in Counselor Education for Community Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. My diverse clinical experience spans working with individuals, couples, families, and groups across various settings, including state agencies, private practice, higher education, and schools. I specialize in adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anger Maleagement, anxiety, depression, family and intimate relationships, life transitions, military and veteran support, multicultural and diversity issues, narcissistic personality disorder, stress, trauma, and traumatic brain injury. I enjoy incorporating creative arts into my sessions, especially when working with adults, military personnel, adolescents, students in special education, and in career counseling. I have also taught and supervised at various institutions, including Texas Female’s University, Texas Tech University, University of Texas at El Paso, and Midwestern State University.
