I am trained and experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Techniques, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT. My focus My clinical interests include helping individuals learn to cope and thrive while dealing with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, or life stage transitions.
