As a licensed professional counselor, a board-certified art therapist, yoga practitioner, and creative spirit I draw from my deep, yet eclectic, training to tailor my support for you and your journey. I enjoy supporting individuals who are looking to ground themselves and re-establish control over their feelings, parents feeling stuck with attention and executive function challenges in their child looking for a re-oriented path forward, and other individuals seeking guidance in building greater awareness of the mind-body connection that makes each person more intuitive, confident, and powerful.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I seek to provide a space and connection where individuals, parents, and families can feel seen, heard, and able to explore. As we begin the journey, it will be one that is collaborative in its approach and integrated in its tact, guiding us towards greater inner strength, compassion, and comfort. Nothing is as chaotic as it seems. Let's find calm together.
