What should a new client know about working with you?

I draw from a wide range of therapies—including ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, narrative, and ketamine-assisted care—always tailoring treatment to your needs. My approach is somatic, emotionally, and trauma-focused, honoring each patient’s unique story while supporting growth, healing, and resilience. I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel understood and supported while building tools for resilience and growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I seek to create a safe and compassionate space for each patient's unique process to unfold as they learn how to heal and reconnect with themselves and the world around them. My goal is to provide patients with a variety of therapeutic tools that will help them to meet their own needs outside of therapy as well as to build resilience in the face of life's challenges and transitions.

Your responses will help your provider prepare for your upcoming appointment. All patients are required to complete the intake form 24 business hours before their appointment. You will receive a phone call from one of our dedicated Care Advocates, who can answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee ($292).
