I specialize in working with postpartum disorders and supporting individuals as they navigate the parenthood journey. My work includes maternal mental health, infertility, and postpartum anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I understand that the transition into parenthood can bring both joy and unexpected emotional challenges, and I strive to provide compassionate support during this important life stage.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I practice from a place of acceptance and strive to create a space where clients feel safe opening up and exploring their experiences. My role as a therapist is to support you in developing the tools you need to move forward in your life and create the emotional bandwidth to navigate whatever lies ahead. Beginning therapy is an important step toward understanding and prioritizing your mental and emotional health, and I am honored to support you on that journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My sessions are guided by what my clients bring into the room and what feels most important for them to explore. I work from a relational perspective and believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is a a powerful catalyst for growth and healing. My goal is to provide a supportive environment while also offering an outside perspective to help clients better understand and navigate what they are experiencing.
