Hello, I am Dr. Mario Kirk, PhD in Counseling Psychology from Capella University. Are you struggling with worry, sadness, fatigue, lack of motivation, or grief? Are you having relationship problems or maybe work difficulties? I have over 20 years of experience helping individuals and couples overcome these same challenges. I look forward to helping you as well.
I provide a judgment-free, safe space for you to address whatever issues you want to improve upon. I like incorporating art, music, and spirituality into our time together. I believe that true recovery depends on healing the mind, body, and spirit alike.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Usually during our first few sessions, you will provide me with details about the issues you wish address. After that, I will develop a treatment plan and we will review it together during one of your sessions. You will be welcome to help with this process, making you an active participant in your treatment. This treatment plan will act as a guide of how we will proceed with your treatment.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
