My objective is to assist you in recognizing the correlation amongst your thoughts, emotions, and actions, enhancing your self-awareness, and establishing connections that will result in the transformations you desire in your life. During therapy sessions, we can develop coping mechanisms, incorporate self-compassion into our daily routines, improve emotional regulation, and acknowledge resilience in a non-judgmental, supportive, and validating environment. I have extensive experience working in an outpatient setting at a psychiatric hospital and a clinic, as well as in a partial hospitalization program. I consistently utilize a strengths-based approach to assist you in achieving this objective. I employ evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, among others. I am devoted to comprehending your unique needs to deliver the most effective treatment possible. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you are experiencing difficult times, have a desire to make changes in your life, find yourself feeling persistently unhappy, or believe that therapy could be beneficial for you.
