Hi! I am Marisa, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I help my clients get out of feeling stuck in cycles they can’t seem to break—whether that’s addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship struggles. They’re often overwhelmed or disconnected, but ready for real change. I offer a compassionate yet direct approach, creating a space where you feel understood while also being challenged. Using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy, I help you identify patterns, build practical tools, and make lasting changes—not just talk about them.

Getting to know Marisa Levin

What should a new client know about working with you?

I help individuals and families break free from addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach is compassionate yet direct. I help you identify patterns, challenge what’s keeping you stuck, and build practical tools using CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy to create lasting, meaningful change. Reaching out can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve been carrying so much alone. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. If you’re feeling stuck or ready for change, I offer a supportive, honest space to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first sessions, we'll explore your story, identify current challenges, and clarify your goals. From there, we begin building practical tools to help you feel more in control and confident. I use CBT, DBT, SFBT, and ACT to help you build practical strategies for confidence, long-term recovery, and emotional well-being. I tailor therapy to your unique needs!
