I am a Licensed Social Worker with approximately 25 years of experience in mental health services and administration. I work with individuals ages 14 and older, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, divorce, coparenting, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, life transitions, women’s health concerns, domestic violence, sexual assault, narcissistic abuse, and complex family dynamics.
