I work with adults navigating a variety of challenges. Life happens!... And it can be overwhelming, frustrating, and just too much. I offer a safe place to air it all out and a possible plan to push through challenges that are getting in the way of personal, relationships, and spiritual growth. I use a variety of techniques to include but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include diverse techniques. Your goals and progress are my primary focus.

I work with clients from all walks of life who are navigating various challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, relationship strengthening, life transitions, and self-care concerns or that are just exploring your personal goals, Ultimately, I am here to meet you where you are at and support you through whatever you need.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My top priority is to have clear, open communication, to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences and acknowledge your feelings.
