Greetings! I'm Marisol. I commend you for finding the strength to seek out assistance and for taking the first steps toward a happier and healthier you. I have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, lack of motivation, low self-esteem, life changes, and unhealthy coping mechanisms. My counseling approach is person-centered and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, as everyone has their story to tell. Our sessions will be personalized to meet your treatment goals and objectives. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University, Kingsville, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas-Pan American.

What should a new client know about working with you?

After each session, my hope is that each client walks away with a better sense of direction and understanding. Client's should feel more at peace and empowered to continue working on themselves and what they can control.
