My approach is client-centered, utilizing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and a social justice lens. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Texas, Austin, and my Bachelor's degree from Texas State University. My mission is to safely support and create space for clients to process tough emotions and experiences, heal, and discover new inner strengths. I work collaboratively with you to ensure that you feel comfortable and supported throughout your journey. I provide virtual sessions to promote greater access and comfort.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
