What should a new client know about working with you?

When working with me, you will be met with a supportive space that is non judgemental, and focused entirely on you. I will meet you where you are - emotionally, mentally, and in life - and I bring a positive attitude and high energy to every session in order to help create a space that feels both encouraging and empowering. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, using evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We'll work together to identify patterns, build practical coping tools, and move toward the goals that matter most to you. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions, you don't need to have it all figured out to begin. Just come as you are. I'm here to support you, uplift you, and help you move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
