I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) specializing in mental health and addictions. My clinical background includes working in an adult behavioral outpatient facility, where I supported individuals facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and substance-related challenges. In addition to my work with adults, I also have extensive experience providing social emotional counseling to adolescents and young adults. I understand the unique developmental, relational, and emotional needs that arise during these stages of life, and I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, collaboration, and respect for each person’s lived experience. I believe that healing is a journey we take together, and I am committed to helping clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and comfortable sharing your experiences at your own pace. We will begin by discussing what brings you to therapy and identifying the concerns, symptoms, or situations you’d like support with.
