These goals are not only possible but within your reach. Many adults struggle with anxiety, depression, or dissatisfaction in their relationships. For some, it feels like a heavy weight of deep depression or crippling anxiety; for others, it's a persistent sense of feeling “blah.” Whatever you're experiencing, you're not alone-and help is available. I hold a Bachelor's degree and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Kansas, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on your journey toward mental and emotional well-being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I use a blend of person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches to provide a supportive and compassionate space for healing and growth. Together, we’ll uncover how your thoughts, feelings, and actions shape your life, giving you the tools and insights needed to navigate challenges with confidence. My goal is to empower you to make meaningful changes and find the balance, fulfillment, and relief you deserve.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Creating a safe space where you can authentically grow is my top priority. With over a decade of experience in psychotherapy across various settings—including acute crisis management, child welfare, addictions, and eating disorders—I focus on helping individuals with chronic anxiety and depression rooted in past trauma. I also have extensive experience working with diverse clients, including LGBTQIA+ individuals. Former clients have described my therapeutic approach as compassionate, humorous, empowering, and genuine. Your mental health deserves to be prioritized.
