Getting to know Marissa Pauldine

My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you can feel empowered and unmask your most authentic self. Healing can take many different forms and is often an ongoing process. I believe therapy looks different for each person, and I will show up in whatever way is needed—whether it be a vent session, skill building, or anything in between. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Syracuse University, which has equipped me to support you on your unique journey toward healing and growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I utilize a myriad of techniques to promote healing and self compassion. I also share grounding and mindfulness techniques to assist in coping with uncomfortable or undesired feelings. I specialize in the treatment of addiction, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship issues and life transitions including pregnancy and postpartum depression/ anxiety
