I am an associate marriage and family therapist born and raised in the Bay Area and have been working with children, parents, and families in one capacity or another for the past 13 years. I have spent my time as a therapist working in different settings such as in schools, clients’ homes, and office spaces providing trauma-informed, client-centered therapy and addressing a range of concerns and difficulties. I’m committed to creating a warm, welcoming, and calm space for all my clients to show up as they are. Outside of work, you can find me surfing, swimming, practicing yoga, or spending time with family and friends.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with children ages 2–17 and their families, as well as young adults and couples, addressing a wide range of concerns such as behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and parent-child disconnection. Grounded in a relational and psychodynamic lens, my approach integrates CBT, play therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and Child-Parent Psychotherapy. I tailor treatment to each individual or relationship system and strive to cultivate a warm, welcoming, and playful environment that supports connection, healing, and meaningful growth.
