What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer online/telehealth sessions only. Currently available early mornings, evenings and most weekends.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I prefer to individualize my methods and treatment based on the client. I often use techniques from various areas like CBT, Person-Centered, Family, ABA, Emotionally Focus, etc. In our first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then as treatment progresses, decide the right approach for you.
