With many years of experience in the school system, I bring a wealth of knowledge in addressing mental health challenges in youth and their families. My approach incorporates a family/caregiver system perspective and utilizes various therapeutic modalities, including Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) techniques. In addition to individual therapy, I also provide group and family therapy. I offer consultation and training services to multidisciplinary teams and schools, ensuring high-quality continuity of services. My area of specialization is providing mental health support to children, adolescents, young adults, and adults struggling with emotional and behavioral challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMD) diagnoses. My experience also includes effectively addressing co-occurring diagnoses of anxiety and depression.
