Hi there! Welcome to my practice! Being a therapist is not just a job for me, it is a calling. I discovered that I wanted to become a therapist later in life and so bring a wealth of my own lived experience and knowledge to my practice. My curiosity and thirst for knowledge in this field seems to be unending. I have worked in a community clinic, at Kaiser Permanente, and a private practice for over 16 years. I have also had the pleasure of supervising associate therapists and taught at the University of San Francisco for six years in their Master’s level Counseling Psychology Program. I hope you will inquire and book an intake appointment with me! In our first session together, here's what you can expect During our first meeting you will have the opportunity to explore what it is you are most interested in talking about. I will offer a peaceful place for you to relax and say what is heavy on your mind and heart.You will be welcomed with compassion and kindness and most of all warmth. As we explore your needs and hopes for therapy I will be asking questions from a place of curiosity and concern for your wellbeing. Towards the end of our time together, we will discuss some treatment options for future therapy sessions should you choose to continue. I may offer some suggestions to assist you with whatever is going on. I believe that you are the expert on your own experience and you will always have the final say so on how we proceed. I will offer different options and thoroughly answer any questions that may arise.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
