Psychotherapist

I believe one of the most powerful skills anyone can learn is self-empowerment. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, my role is not to be the expert but offer clinical insight and compassionate support as they become the expert in their own story. My approach is collaborative and individualized. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic models, carefully tailored to meet each person's unique strengths, needs, and goals. My work is grounded in the belief that healing and growth look different for everyone, and that therapy should reflect that individuality. I have had the privilege of supporting a wide range of adults, with particular experience in working with neurodivergent individuals (including ADHD and autism), the LGBTQ+ community, and those navigating dual diagnoses. I recognize that every person brings with them a rich and complex history. My clients come from diverse backgrounds, encompassing a broad spectrum of socioeconomic statuses, cultural and religious identities, gender expressions, sexual orientations, and lived experiences with trauma. Whether someone arrives in therapy feeling uncertain, hopeful, or even disillusioned, I meet them where they are - with respect, patience, and the unwavering belief that change is possible. I completed my clinical mental health counseling training at Roosevelt University, and I bring both academic rigor and deep empathy to my practice. Above all, I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where clients can explore, heal, and ultimately reconnect with their own inner strength.
