Getting to know Mark Gaskill

Mark is a licensed family therapist with many years’ experience providing individual, couple, marriage and family therapy. He graduated from Hahnemann/Drexel University in Philadelphia after serving in the United States Navy for six years. Mark has provided mediation services and supported families develop parenting plans that promotes healthy co-parenting. Mark focuses on systemic influences that contribute to challenges experienced by individuals, couples and families. He uses a variety of therapeutic modalities including Existential Therapies, Structural Family Therapy, Contextual Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy and attachment focused therapies to promote relief. He has taught or performed research at several universities across the nation. Mark currently lives on the Olympic Peninsula with his family which also includes several colonies of honeybees, two barn cats, and a very proud Doberman Pincher. Mark is a Clinical Fellow with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), is an Approved Supervisor through AAMFT and is currently licensed in the state of Washington.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
