Hello and welcome. I know getting started with therapy can sometimes seem intimidating and overwhelming; but I am here to offer a non-judgmental; warm; and compassionate space. I have years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker with an MSW from the University of Alabama and a BS in social sciences and psychology from Troy University. I specialize in using acceptance and commitment therapy to foster psychological flexibility and improve coping skills and quality of life for those with anxiety; depression; bereavement; trauma; or other issues.
