As Director of Clinical Operations at Integrated Psychotherapy Center, LLC, I combine traditional and cutting-edge approaches to help you live your best life. My specialties include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Biofeedback, Mindfulness, Mind-Body Health, and Stress Management. I hold a PsyD in Clinical and Health Psychology from National Louis University, completed my internship at Loyola University Chicago, and earned a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University. In addition to my clinical work, I have over a decade of experience teaching Clinical Psychology to graduate students at Adler University. Serving a diverse, multicultural clientele aged 16 and up, the Center is currently open to new clients with both in-person and telehealth options. I look forward to meeting with you soon!
