Many people appear "fine" on the outside while internally struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, stress, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns. You may find yourself overthinking, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from the present, or constantly putting pressure on yourself just to keep up. Therapy can help you slow down, better understand yourself, regulate emotions more effectively, and create a greater sense of balance, clarity, and connection in your life. I help clients better understand themselves, manage anxiety and overwhelm, regulate emotions, improve relationships, and break free from unhelpful patterns. Therapy can help you feel more grounded, present, competent, and connected in your daily life. Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself in a more meaningful way. I create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me begins with an initial intake session where we explore what brings you in, your history, and what you hope to change or better understand. From there, sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs, focusing on patterns, emotional awareness, and practical coping tools you can apply in daily life. Progress often looks like feeling more grounded, less overwhelmed by thoughts and emotions, and more able to respond to life with clarity and intention. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to understand themselves more deeply and are open to exploring both insight and change. I see therapy as a collaborative approach where I'm the expert on mental health and you're the expert on you.
