My style is supportive, uplifting, with just the right amount of gentle challenging when necessary to help you reach your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session looks like meeting via tele-health for 50-60 minutes to discuss your topic of choice and also to work toward making progress with your identified treatment goals. I usually assign homework which helps you to build your skills toolbox outside of sessions
