My diverse professional and life experiences have shaped me into a confident, adaptable, compassionate, and well-rounded therapist. I have worked in many different areas during my career as a therapist; some included intensive outpatient/inpatient programs, residential facilities for youth, and community settings working with adults, families, couples, and adolescents. My goal in working with you is to provide a safe space, a non-judgmental place where you feel comfortable and heard. I utilize a client-centered approach to meet clients where they are while also using cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to address trauma symptoms and to challenge any insecurities and self-doubt. Meeting clients where they are and individualizing their needs are my priority. I understand that taking the initial steps towards counseling can be scary. It isn't always easy to get out of your comfort zone and seek help. I am glad you are here. I look forward to working with you and helping you begin your own personal journey towards taking control of your life and accomplishing your goals.
