With an MSW and as a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical, I bring a wealth of experience from various settings, including schools, inpatient/outpatient mental health treatment, dual diagnosis treatment, and the juvenile justice system. Each of these experiences has enriched my ability to connect with and support my clients effectively. My approach to therapy is grounded in active listening and providing the necessary support and feedback tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger management, or family relationship issues, I am here to help. I also specialize in working with children, adolescents, and teens, offering mental and behavioral health support, including for those on the autism spectrum. In our sessions, you can expect a safe and non-judgmental space where your concerns are heard and addressed with empathy. I believe in the power of short-term therapy to create meaningful change, and I am currently accepting new clients for the summer, starting the week of July 3rd.
