Through her training and clinical work in trauma focused care and sexual violence, Marren understands the complexity of trauma and how it can affect every part of your life, mind, and body. Certified in Trauma-Focused CBT, she uses an integrated approach that includes psychodynamic, person-centered, and strengths-based therapies that are tailored to each client. Her process emphasizes grounding, emotional regulation, and self-compassion, helping clients gradually unlearn harmful patterns and rebuild a stronger connection to themselves. Throughout therapy, Marren provides a gentle balance of structure and flexibility, supporting clients as they move toward healing, empowerment, and a renewed sense of self-worth.
