My Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology was earned in 2012 from the University of Denver. I have previously worked with at-risk youth and with diverse populations in private practice representative of all socioeconomic situations. Specific therapeutic strategies/modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT); Solution Focused-Brief Therapy; and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I work mostly with individual adults to guide insight and perspective. I am very directive and no nonsense in my approach, however, my style still embodies caring and dedication to your success.
