Psychotherapist
107 Community Blvd, Ste 2, Longview, TX
There are times in life when we can find ourselves feeling tired of being stressed and overwhelmed. It's then that we seek help. Maybe you've found that you are at your tipping point, and anxiety and worry have kept you from enjoying life, or maybe you've recognized that your low mood is affecting your ability to connect with others and feel a true sense of joy. Help should provide respite and be free of judgment. I provide a supportive environment where you can share your stresses and explore ways of healing in a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic relationship. I am a good fit for you if you are looking for a therapist to work with you and gently challenge you to discover a more fulfilling life. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. I am EMDR trained, LGBTQIA+ allied, and supportive of consensual non-monogamous relationships.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe therapy is a collaborative approach. When a. new client comes in to see me I like to set treatment goals up together so that I can be of better service to them. Treatment is different for each person and my therapeutic approach can vary slightly depending on the needs of that person. Because I utilize a collaborative approach, you as the client are informed each step of the way.
