I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience in the field. I'm originally from New York City and attended Columbia University's graduate school. I've worked as a clinician and administrator in mental health and substance abuse settings, and can offer a dynamic and experienced approach to counseling and therapy. My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each patient I work with. I most frequently utilize eclectic, based on the client's needs. Focused on the practical, emotional, and intellectual sides of the client.

What should a new client know about working with you?

At the heart of my practice, I employ a Direct and empathetic communication style. I grew up in a close-knit community but with a father who died when I was ten years old; I was always fascinated with psychology in school, and I think I have a great deal of personal experience to guide with. By formulating goals together with my clients during our first session together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In the first session, I will ask for family and personal background information before identifying the presenting issues.
