As the therapist, it is my responsibility to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment in which mutual trust and respect can develop. I will work with you to create a plan for solution-focused therapy to improve overall well-being, increase motivation, and develop the insight and skills needed to make positive and meaningful change.
