Over the last 14 years, I have served clients facing a variety of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and intimacy difficulties, parenting concerns regarding adult children, self-esteem, impulse control, and motivation. Life is hard, and I work with individuals to reduce stress related to adjusting to life transitions, living with chronic illness, strained relationships with loved ones, loss, choosing to leave or start a new career, and overall life dissatisfaction. I enjoy supporting individuals in learning more about the mind-body connection to help promote values and direction in life. I offer an effective therapeutic treatment and coaching experience using mindfulness approaches, trauma therapy, and behavioral activation. We'll work through your patterns, and I'll help you learn new ways to understand yourself and communicate. Individuals who complete this process often report increased life satisfaction. I live with chronic illness and deeply empathize with the complexities it brings to all facets of life. Because of this, it is incredibly important to me to create a space that is non-judgmental, full of love, grace, acceptance, and partnership on your journey.
