The objective in treatment is to develop an individualized plan that offers you the opportunity to explore underlying needs and gain insight on ways to manage emotions, heal from past trauma, and accomplish self-love. My therapeutic orientations include CBT, EMDR, and DBT. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from California State University, Northridge.
