What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with adults of all ages who are struggling with codependency, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. Whether you’re learning how to set boundaries, build confidence, or break patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and create a more balanced life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional regulation by creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. In our first sessions, I focus on building trust while gaining a clear understanding of your concerns, personal history, and goals for therapy. Together, we develop a personalized treatment plan that is both practical and meaningful, helping you feel supported from the very beginning. In ongoing sessions, I use evidence-based approaches to help you identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, improve coping skills, and create lasting, positive change. My goal is to provide you with tools you can use in everyday life to better manage emotions, reduce anxiety, and improve overall well-being. Throughout the therapy process, we regularly check in on your progress and adjust our work as needed to ensure you are getting the most out of each session. I am committed to helping you feel empowered, confident, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
